Book Review:

This book was good, but in actuality, the goofy people always have tragic in their life. I was waiting for Dive to be a goof in this book but his book was sad to happy at the end, it’s so adorable that he the hoe of the group has a child. It was also awesome he did date Simone even though she died that was sad because he found someone to love but lost her gain a son and another woman who loves him and he loves back not only that she loves his son Koda. I thought the baby name could’ve been Dakota lol! And poor Nary I bet Batman has taken her Barney I’m not even hip to his name that owes tried to snatch up Willow because he’s not important. I do wonder if Jeremiah had anything to do with it but only time will tell with Dive going back home to find Nary with his brothers and Sax finally claiming his woman.

Book Description:

***Down and Out focuses on relationship and personal struggle for Dive, more than the MC side of things, you will find out why in the first few chapters***

Stricken by grief, Kalen “Dive” Brooks drifts away from his MC brethren, only having room in his life for his child. Worried for his son, he’ll do anything necessary to protect him, even if it’s admitting he needs help.

Alone and vulnerable, Philomena “Mena” McAdams has lost it all: her parents, her husband, her job and her home. Living out of her car, she’s learned life isn’t worth regrets. When Mena takes the job of nanny and housekeeper for Dive, she doesn’t know what she’s getting into, but neither does Dive.

Can they learn to love again when things are so down and out?
