Rule #2: You Can’t Crush on Your Sworn Enemy (The Rules of Love) by Anne-Marie Meyer

Almost finish this book 📖 on page 145 out of 170 …..

Book Review:

Okay… This book was okay.. was it better than the first book no was book one better barely. Both were interesting books and actually kept my attention. However, anyways!

I figured that Cade was actually in like = in love with Penny! That was easy. I understood her feelings to hate him because of what he did in middle school. People tend to have a dislike for those who have bullied them or tried to bully them. No matter how many years it would be! I wouldn’t even consider dating someone who has bullied or talks crap to me in school IDC how he looks…

I was also glad she had taken responsibility for her actions. She should’ve told on that Tiffanii girl but also understood why she didn’t people like them crazy, but I bet they don’t get into trouble only the people like Cade and Penny would get into trouble for the things Tiffanii and her posey ask of them.

I’ll give this book a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating!

Book Description:

I live by three rules.

One: I never get lower than an A in any class.
Two: I never lose a track race.
And Three: I never talk to Cade Kelley

Well, number three came crashing down the moment Principal Connell asks me to guide Cade back onto the right path. Something about helping him turn his life around. If only Principal Connell knew our history, he’d understand just what he’s asking.

But, I have an incessant need to please all adults, so of course I say yes.

When Cade seems pleased as well, I can’t help but wonder if this is part of some scheme. A plan he’s worked up to finish me once and for all. Apparently, what he did in junior high wasn’t enough.

Just when I think I have everything figured out, my life spirals out of control. Suddenly, adults suck—especially parents—and pleasing them becomes the last thing I want to do. What confuses me even more is in the moment I choose to run away, the first person I go to is the one guy I swore I would never get close to.

Hopefully, the Cade I’ve uncovered won’t hurt me because I’m so close to breaking.

The Importance of Getting Revenge by Amanda Abram (Author)

Just finished this book took me two days to finish… I like reading a book that can keep my attention from beginning to end…

Book Review:

Good book
••••^Just a few spoilers here and there^••••
This book was better than her other book. Though, Logan May have been annoying to Emma… At least he wasn’t like Jase was to Lexi … because sheesh he was evil and rude all because he actually liked her and wanted her but he instead tries to rid of his feeling for her by hurting her getting caught kissing that cunt bucket girl Kylie… Idk how he does not see he had hurt her so much when he disrespected her to another level….even more, lucky she forgave him; you dearly have to LOVE deeply in LOVE to give that person who was rude, disrespectful for no reason to give them another chance. I know someone who did this now, but he is worse than Jase; I mean Jase is 100000% better.

I was glad that both he and Lexi finally told each other how they feel because I believed he liked her but he didn’t like her, I was as confused as Lexi was. But glad he came to his senses once he saw Zack with Lexi, I was irritated when he fought Zack for no particular reason. But glad everyone became friends, in the end. Also, I want a book with Trisha and Eric I wanna what will come of them.

Rule #1: You Can’t Date the Coach’s Daughter (The Rules of Love) by Anne-Marie Meyer

My current read… this book not to bad. I’m like the dad in this book overprotective but not that overprotective where they cannot date at 16-17.. 😂 but maybe just a little 🤷🏽‍♀️

Book Review:

I am going to have actually rated this book a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I will say this being well I wasn’t really into this book, though the book was kind of interesting. Was it boring no, I just cannot figure out the word that I am looking for to describe this book.

•••• There’s a possibility that there will be a few spoilers maybe••••••

So anyways I am sort of like Destiny father in this book. Some kind of in a way but not that overprotective though! However, I don’t play about the age range of dating no matter if it’s the son or the daughter. I felt and understood where Destiny was made about when it came to her father and Mrs. Swallow (lord I hate that name) who would want that last name. So anyways I understood why she was mad at them both well more so her father because he didn’t want her to date; because her mother left him for Pedro. He shouldn’t have done that and then meets Angelica and suspect for Destiny to date still not until she changed his mind because he wanted to date Angelica… I figure he was going to change his mind sooner or later. You and your child both would want to be happy. The mother is who will have regrets sooner rather than later. I was glad that Tyson didn’t care but did care enough actually to give him and Destiny a chance; even her father given him a chance because he wasn’t a bad kid… Just had many problems due to the fact of him having to take care of his sister and dealing with his alcoholic mother.

Book Description:

There are two types of people in high school: the ones that you can date and the ones you can’t. Unfortunately for me, I’m the latter. Even though I’m around hot football players every afternoon, they are not allowed to date me. If they even come close to flirting, my dad, Coach “The Boss” Davis, makes them run laps around the field until they puke.

Nothing scares off a boy more than the threat of physical pain.

Not only has he forbidden me to date anyone at all, he’s even made me the football team’s water girl so that he can keep tabs on me. Apparently, over protective dad is a fabulous guy deterrent. Outdoor shops should find a way to bottle it and sell it. They’d make a killing.

What Dad doesn’t know is that I spend every last second of those two blissful hours of practice in the scorching California heat, staring at Tyson Blake. He is the epitome of perfection in a six-foot-two, incredibly toned, smells-good-even-when-he-sweats, senior body. And when he smiles, angels sing. Literally.

And Dad hates him.

It feels a bit cliche to say I fell for the one guy that would send Dad’s already high blood pressure over the the top. But it’s true. There’s something about Tyson. Something he’s trying to hide. But I can see through his cocky persona and I know there’s something more.

Heart Shaped Lock (Rumor Has It #3) by R.H. Tucker (Author)

Currently reading 📖 “Heart Shaped Heart” by @rhtuckerauthor ✔️ I’m ready for the next book that’s coming out this month …… but this my current read on #nationalreadabookday 😺

Book Review:

Definitely was a heart-shaped locket. That was shut close…

Okay, I really liked this book; though it was different from the others since they were in high school with the others and this one they were done with school.

•••• there may be a few spoilers throughout •••••

I’m going to say this before I get started on my review even if I do or don’t write one but anyways.

Jen makes me sick like what got me was she kept on dragging Luke along; when she knew how he felt about her. Everybody felt like he was the one in the wrong even when he was NICE or told her how he felt their friends felt like he was the asshole but in reality, the boy was fed up with Jen, and he kept feeling like she didn’t want him. I didn’t blame him for going off on her at the theater. Like Jen blame him for something that was DONE in middle school and something her mother did. However, in reality, her mom actually did love and care for her. In the end, she expected Lucas to forgive her with the key; I felt like he should’ve dragged her along to like she did with him when he confessed how he felt about her so many times. And she kept pushing her away; because she blames her mom about finding love and no one loving her. I get the feeling of how she felt, but I felt like she shouldn’t have push Lucas away; and get mad at him when Sasha text…. like sheesh what did she expect from the boy he was trying his best time to prove his love I mean come on they loved each other since they were in elementary school. The one mistake she hated or pretended to hate him; then continued to be mean to him. Even her friend Emma acted like a cunt… like I wish Lucas friends Matt and Carter were there for him as they were there for each other when it came to Izzy and Emma. Smh… I was glad Jen finally stop acting like the world revolves around her and her feelings and actually finally told Lucas she wanted him to have the key to her heart because she was a headache.

PS. I wish that Lucas would’ve given up after the first or second time more so the second time because he apologized to her on so many occasions. It ain’t even funny. The bad thing about it the poor boy had to walk on eggshells around her which sucks… I felt bad for him more than her because I wanted them together.

Jen Harris went through four years of high school boys, never once wanting to give her heart to any of them. Why would she, when Lucas Mitchell broke it four years ago? Then, she makes one bad decision: she trusts someone with her heart. Now she remembers why she’s kept her walls up for so long. Because trusting people only leads to heartbreak.

Courting The Nerd: A Rumor Has It Short Story (Rumor Has It #2.5) by R.H. Tucker (Author)

Finished another to this series in a day… this one is actually a short book to this series… I’m all for #teamnerd … since I’m one myself 😀😼📖📚

Book Review:

>>>>******••••••••••••••• Just A FEW MAYBE A SMALL AMOUNT OF SPOILERS<<<<<<<<<<

Love it even though it was short…. see Sam may have been a nerd, but eventually, Natalie fell for him. Idk how people think nerds are weird…, we are awesome; we are own people nerds have more fun; whereas popular people think they are better than the next or bully someone they think his less than them. I’m so glad that Natalie realizes that in the end, and wanted Sam for who he was and didn’t change him. Her friend Emily wasn’t a true friend either; that’s all I’m a say but. I loved when Natalie told Sam “to get rid of those stupid contacts and put his glasses back on” and “kiss me like that again, nerd” yasss I like them together (:

Book Description:

Natalie Frazier might not be the most popular girl at Woodbridge High, but she’s definitely on the first rung. She’s also on her way to being class valedictorian and she just made prom court, so who knows? Maybe she’ll be able to add prom queen to her high school resume before she heads off to college.

Sam Patterson is the prototypical nerd. Glasses, talks about sci-fi shows and comic books with his friends, and runs debate and chess club. As the saying goes, if you looked up the definition of a nerd his picture would be there. And now he can add another checkmark to his high school biography: senior prom court joke vote.

When the prom court is announced, everyone knows who the joke votes are for the guys and the girls. And everyone knows the joke votes are always paired together. Except this year they’re not. Sam gets paired up with Natalie, much to both of their surprise. Now they have to survive one week as a prom court couple. That’s if they can survive each other.

Courting the Nerd is a Rumor Has It short story that takes place in the middle of True to You. It can be read as a stand-alone, but there are spoilers for what happens in True to You. If you don’t want spoilers, it is recommended you read True to You BEFORE reading Courting the Nerd.

Finished reading book 2 to this series… yet again wasn’t disappointed… love book that has my full attention. I actually finished this book in a day…. literally stayed up reading it 😂🤷🏽‍♀️☄️🤦🏽‍♀️

Book Review:

•• Spoilers … Just a Few•••

Read this in like one day, this book was really good and not once was I disappointed. The author did her thing with this book.

However, I will say I am very disappointed how the book ended. I thought for sure Matt was going to reveal that he was a nerd to the students in the school. He only wore the suit, and no one said anything. Like really ugh >•< lol he could’ve at least told people before the dance even happen smh. However, I was glad that he finally told Lucas and Carter. That’s what you call some true friends. Happy, he also loved himself to be with Izzie

Book Description:

Matt Hillard has the ultimate resume. Not only is he senior class president, but he’s an all-star varsity wide-receiver and this year’s homecoming king. There’s also the fact that he’s a cosplaying nerd, but that is need to know information. And no one needs to know.

Izzy Jacobs is Woodbridge High’s resident YouTube star. Her channel, touting over 30k subscribers, covers all things nerd: hot anime guys, summer Marvel movies, and the latest graphic novels. She’s a nerd, and she loves it. When she learns President McHottie, Matt Hillard is actually President McNerd, the sparks fly. But can they really be together, if Matt isn’t true to himself?

Reading 📖 this ebook! Almost finish 97% left… Very good book, I like books that can keep your attention from beginning to end.

Book Review:

I enjoyed this book I wasn’t even disappointed at all. I like a book that can keep my attention from beginning to end. This author did a good job with keeping my attention and writing this book. I am going to read the next book that goes with this series.

I was rooting for Cole and Madi just like everyone else. You can tell that Madi is very sensitive, but shock at how she could believe Jake for lying and not Cole when he was telling the truth. She was when it came to them. I wish that Cole could’ve told Madi why he had stopped talking to her and stop being her friend, I was waiting on that. Plus Laurie figured she was behind a lot of those things that had hurt Madi, jealousy would do that to a person. They become crazy and do hurtful things; I was glad that Cole and Laurie twin sister put Laurie in her place. Cole, end up with Madi at the end. #TeamCadi

Will she be able to resist him though when the competition heats up and he turns his charms on her?

Finished this book yesterday well more like this morning. I started it yesterday. It was really good couldn’t stop reading it. I’m a read the next two books to this series real soon

Book Review:

Carter ❤ Emma
>>>Just a few spoilers here and there><

This book was really good. I stayed up all night reading this book knowing that, I needed some sleep, but I had to finish this book.
There story Carter and Emma, the story was adorable. They were both polar opposite but still one in the same. I was hoping he would’ve told her who he was by chapter 20-25, but she didn’t find out until the end of the chapter which was in the 30s. I ass glad Emma wasn’t mad once she found out who he was. I was glad of that because she knew that she was DEAD WRONG when he did come and didn’t stand her up like she thought he did. I wouldn’t have told her either if I was Carter, the way she spits and chews him out. I see why he aborted the mission and took a long time to tell her. But he was giving Emma so many clues to who he was, and she did know who he was and he knew her. But she wasn’t getting any of the clues. But now I want to read the story I hope that is about Matt.

Book Description:

Carter Dixon deals with rumors every day. That’s the way he likes it. One little hookup, combined with a bathroom scandal during his homecoming dance, sent the rumor mill into overdrive. Now he’s The Man. At least, as far as everyone believes. Who cares if he’s not really what everyone thinks. But when he accidentally texts the wrong person, he starts to wish he’d never let the rumor mill run rampant.

Emma Sanchez couldn’t care less about high school drama. Senior year is halfway over, and she’s only focused on applying to a good art school, graduating, and not getting involved. Okay, there is the occasional boy talk with her best friend. Then she gets a text message from an unknown number and starts to think maybe there is a guy out there, unlike every other high school boy. Especially guys like Carter Dixon.

One wrong number can lead to the right person.

The Baby Package by Sarah J. Brooks

Read this book it was interesting… but the main character girl mad was annoying…

Book Review:

The Baby Package of Twins

¶¶¶There’s a possibility that spoilers are in this review. ®®®®¶¶¶
Okay, this book was good, but after a while, I got bored with it. Though it wasn’t long, I was over it like I said above. Julia was getting on my last nerve because she kept pushing Mike away, like dang, she was annoying, you could tell he wanted her and wanted the kids that he had with her. But she kept throwing in his face about how the twins were her kids; she didn’t want a relationship, she didn’t want him part of her life or the kid’s life. Push him away, after sex, or get mad when he go and tell people what she tells him the time “those are her kids” “she doing it alone”.. When he does what she says she piss off and push him away as I said above, then stop answering his calls, or text messages. Didn’t even want him there after the twins were born. Had to sneak to see his kids, because he wanted to be there for them and also her. She was so whinny, until the end until she stopped being a cunt bucket and accepted the fact that he wanted to be with her and the twins, and she admitted that she Love him too with her annoying ***.

Other than Julia, being mad annoying, the book was interesting enough to finish and rate it a 4.5.
Btw: I was hoping for twin boys 😀

Book Review:

I love MC books

Just a few spoilers here and there…

So I was curious about this book, somehow I end up getting this book without realizing I got it, so I read the description of the book. And became curious as to what it was about, will it be good. It was a good book; I was glad that Thorn was there for Easley because I cannot stand a man who beat on women. Those type of men is cowards. He was there to protect and care for her, though that little slip towards the end, still Thorn and his MC even came to her rescue and got rid of Ryan evil ***… But I thought something was going to happen towards the end like a stalker was Goin to pop up or something, but no one did. Easley did end up pregnant though, which I figured was going to happen since they didn’t use protection. Also, I kept calling Thorn,… “Thor” lol!
